Obituary BLICHER, Harold Age eighty-eight. Passed away peacefully, on January 13, 2011, at Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue Veterans' Home, where Hal resided for the past three years and he received excellent and loving care. Son of the late Joseph and the late Dora (Maron) Blicher of Montreal. Predeceased by his sister, Lillian, of Florida and brother, Ben, of Montreal. Harold had many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews residing in Montreal, Delaware, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Washington D.C. and Toronto. Much of his life he was self-employed. Above all, Hal enjoyed friendships with people from all walks of life. He served his country in WW II, having enlisted in 1941, and served in the European theatre through 1945 in the UK, Belgium, Holland and France. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, January 16 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Veterans' Cemetery, 5015 de la Savane. Donations in Hal's memory may be made to the Ste.
