GOLDNER, Jack It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Goldner, on Saturday, February 27, 2010. Beloved husband and best friend of Leona (nee Lazarus) for sixty-one years. Adored father and father-in-law of Emily and Saul Markowicz, Lois Goldner, Audrey and Gordon Sauve, Eric and Edith Goldner. Much loved Poppy and Bubba of five grandchildren: Lindsey and Matt Colangelo; Hannah and Charles Sauve; Edouard and Eloise Goldner. Brother of Moe and the late Harry. Jack was a social worker and professor at Sir George Williams and Concordia University for many years. He will be remembered for his sense of humour, kindness and devotion to family. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care given to Jack by the nurses, patient attendants and doctors of MGH 13 East. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, March 2 at 12 noon. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. As per Jack's wishes, there will be no Shiva.
